Two Separate Stabbings This Morning In Montreal, Both Suspects Are Still At Large

There were two separate incidents of stabbings early this morning in Montreal. Police investigating the scene found themselves frustrated, because victims in both cases refused to cooperate. 

TL;DR Police are investigating two stabbings - one in an appartment in Rosement and the other at a bar in Rivière-des-Prairies. Neither victim suffered any major injuries. In both cases, the suspects are still at large. Victims and eyewitnesses of both incidents refuse to cooperate with police.

The first incident happened around 3:15 this morning at a residence on Charlemagne Ave, in Rosemont. The victim, a 35 year-old woman, was stabbed in the arm during an argument. Her injuries are not considered life-threatening.

According to the Gazette, the suspect, a 56-year old man, is known to police. The victims and eyewitnesses refused to give any information to police.

The second incident happened a little over half an hour later, at 3:50. The stabbing occured at a bar on Maurice Duplessis Blvd in Rivières-des-Prairies. The victim is a 37-year old man, and he did not suffer any major injuries.

The circumstances of the crime are murky because the victim and eyewitnesses at the scene refuse to cooperate with police. The suspect is still at large.
