9 Montreal Apartments You Can Rent For $1000 Or Less

Every Montrealer knows that each borough in this city has a different character. Diverse communities, the building style, the number of restaurants and schools, and a myriad of other factors all affect the essential DNA of the city's diverse collection of neighbourhoods.

Some neighbourhoods are considered more desirable than others, and this leads to some majorly different price points. Coveted areas like Westmount and the Plateau tend to have much more expensive apartments than areas further removed from downtown like Côte-des-Neiges and Montréal-Nord.

To give you an idea of value across the city, we've compiled current listings for apartments for $1,000/month or less in select Montreal boroughs. Note that these listings are subject to change and will likely be taken down once landlords find suitable tenants.
