Everyone knows that millennials love plants.
Montreal's Botanical Gardens Will Be Giving Out Free Tree Seedlings This May

Montreal's Botanical Gardens are a pretty magical space. They host a ton of different events throughout the year, from pumpkin exhibitions to lantern festivals. They're a fun, educative place to hang out.

Not to mention that it's probably the only place in Montreal where you can find palm trees and orchids in the winter.

Officials at the Botanical Gardens are also always looking for new ways to engage the public and engender public consideration for the environment and landscape architecture.

One of their popular yearly events, for example, is "The Great Gardening Weekend." As part of this event, they hand out free seedlings!
