Montreal's Fabulous Liquid-Nitrogen Ice Cream Bar Will Blow You Away

You think you've seen it all. Trust me you have not. You can never really have bad ice cream. The classic recipe was designed in a way that ensures that it is always delicious. But what if someone decided to make it a different way. Say, with liquid-nitrogen?

I know that sounds really weird and low-key dangerous, but trust me, it's not. The workers know what they are doing and honestly, it's pretty exciting to eat ice cream made like this. How many people can say that they've had ice cream made this way!?

Don't worry, you don't have to go out into the middle of nowhere to try this out. We've got a place right here on the island! It's called Delicha and they use liquid nitrogen to turn ice cream from liquid to solid in seconds!

Find it at 908 rue Saint-Urbain and try out something new! They've got tons of flavors that are sure to drive your taste buds crazy. Trust me, you won't regret trying this out. I know you're going to love it.
