Montreal's First Ever All Bacon Bar Officially Opens Today On Beaubien Street

Your prayers have been answered, Brutus is live!

Brutus has been making our mouths water for weeks, teasing pics of all of their bacon-tastic delicacies and basically making us go nuts with anticipation. Well, the wait is over folks, Brutus finally got its liquor license and will be getting you drunk and full of bacon grease starting today September 1st at 5pm.

God only knows why it took so long for Brutus to gain its bar license, but all good things come with time, and we're incredibly pumped for Brutus' serve-ables. Everyone's well aware of Brutus' famed bacon-themed menu, which will include Bacon Pizza Pocket, Red Bull Chicken Wings, a 100% Bacon Hot Dog, the Bacon Sushi Roll, the Jägermeister Poutine, and the Pogauffre, a pogo-waffle hybrid. All that and the place had not even opened yet.

Brutus is still a bar, and no bar is complete without legit drinks. We know Brutus has some Bacon Vodka, so expect more than a few bacon-y cocktails and martinis. Unibroue beers will also be flowing, along with signature cocktails Le Thé-toi (a bourbon-black tea cocktail) and Le Barbicide, a gin & blue curacao based cocktail with cucumber served in a sugar dispenser that also glows blue.

Get your livers and stomachs stuffed at Brutus starting 5:00 pm -to 3:00 am tonight!!!
