Montreal's First Ever "BBQ Rib Festival" Is This Weekend

It's time to get sauced.

BBQ lovers, gather 'round and listen up, because we have some pretty exciting news for you. This weekend, from August 14-16, the Pierrefonds-Roxboro Hall will be hosting an epic BBQ ribs festival. Get ready to be immersed in aromatic bliss because you're in for a finger-licking good time.

Admission is completely free, you just pay for whatever ribs and other delicious food and drink you consume. Five different rib vendors will be participating, including Ribs Royale, Camp 31, Jack the Ribber, Texas Rangers BBQ, Crabby's BBQ Shack, so you can compare them all and pick your favourites. And if, god forbid, you don't like ribs, there will be plenty of other food there, including but not limited to:

  • Blooming onions
  • Chicken
  • Hot dogs
  • Sausages
  • French fries
  • Donuts
  • Funnel cakes
  • Popcorn
  • Ice cream
  • Candy
  • Smoothies

Proceeds from the festival will go towards supporting the Big Brothers Big Sisters of West Island, so you get to help a good cause while you stuff yourself to the brim. What could be better than that?

Here's when you can head on over to the hall for one hell of a tasty time:

  • Friday August 14th: 11 am to 9 pm
  • Saturday August 15th: 11 am to 9 pm
  • Sunday August 16th: 11 am to 7 pm
