Summer was made a hell of a lot more scary thanks to Fear Depot, the revolutionary fear-inducing sensorial experience located in the Old Port. With the end of the summer season Fear Depot will be closing its doors, but not for long, as the next-gen haunted house will be back to making you shriek with glee for Fall.
Fear Depot's summer season officially ends on September 7th. Then, only three days later, the Old Port's frightening fun house re-opens with new Fall hours on September 10th. For Fall, Fear Depot will be open Wednesday to Sunday, from 11am to 11pm.
More than just a simple haunted house, Fear Depot is an interactive experience that throws you into a terrifying scene from a horrow movie. Enter the recreated 40 foot shipping containers and experience one of many scary scenes, like a hotel inhabited by serial killers or a haunted forest. Interactivity is at the core of the Fear Depot experience, allowing you to choose your path, making for a 25-minute real-life horror movie.
With Fall comes Halloween, the perfect time to get freaked outta your mind. Get a head start on September 10th when Fear Depot re-opens, bringing in a whole new season of scares. Head to the official website for more info, and check out the trailer below.
