Montreal's Parc Lafontaine In 1969

A Montreal-style blast from the past.

Why do people take the time to look through old photographs? Is it a waste of time? Is it informative? Does it help you in anyway? Personally, I think it can. It takes your perspective and completely shakes it up.

Montreal has come a long way in a very short amount of time. Growing and transitioning from left, right and centre. This city is moving so quickly, it can be hard to keep up. It's even harder to imagine what it used to be like.

Luckily, now you don't have to! Archives de Montreal stumbled across some amazing photos of Parc Lafontaine dating all the way back to 1969! Check em' out for yourself!
