Montreal's Quartier Des Spectacles Will Be Transformed Into A Free Outdoor Circus
Montreal Completement Cirque is having it's annual circus festival this July, and as part of the highly-anticipated festivities, they're bringing us an entirely free, brand spankin' new outdoor circus show. The show, which is called Duels, is running from July 2-12, and will transform the urban Place Émilie-Gamelin into a multi-stage tower.
Duels will feature over 50 acrobats performing on the massive tower, as well as a Chinese pole number and large group acts performed around and above the audience. As if that doesn't take enough skill, the entire show is set to the sound of live tap music.
You can catch the show every night at both 7pm and 10pm. Oh and if you've ever wanted to try your hand at circus performance, now's your chance, because 20 citizens will be incorporated into the show.
