Aren't cities supposed look cooler as time goes by? I mean, except for Detroit of course. But when did Montreal decide to ditch all the awesome looking neon signs?

Downtown Montreal used to look like a mini Las-Vegas. It looked exciting and most importantly, inviting.

Wouldn't you love to take a stroll down St-Hubert street if it still looked this way?
