Following the success of last year, The Main will once again be illuminated this year.

As winter slowly approaches, St-Laurent street will be decorated with over 2.5 km of Christmas garlands comprised of over 4,000 individual lights. The initiative was launched last year by the Société de Développement Commercial de Saint-Laurent. 

What's even crazier is that the lights will be staying up for the next 3 years!

So be prepared for magical evenings on the main this winter. After all, shiny lights are the best way to forget about how it gets dark by 4:00 pm.
