This Sunday, at Mont-Royal's gazebo right on the mountain, you will have to chance to run the dance floor with fellow electronic music lovers OUTSIDE! The event is for a charity, so bring your non-perishable food, clothes and anything useful to the less lucky ones. The first edition of their event, they collected over $100 and 340 items such as blankets, tuques, sweaters, winter jackets, gloves, and pants which they will be wrapping them and donating them all over Montreal. All the food will be donated to Dans La Rue Montreal.
If you are looking for a first taste of Igloofest before the actual festival starting in January, this is the place for you! The organizers, Twisted Act Entertainment, want to create a group of positive people who want to make sure everybody is happy for the start of the Xmas holidays. They are a mix of entertainers, young entrepreneurs, artists, and influencers who want to make a difference in society.
Instead of charging a Cover Fee, they ask for donations to give back to the less fortunate and not ask for anything in return but to change peoples perspective on what they can do with their money! Giving back and having fun at the same time is not something you can do everyday, take the chance this Sunday while dancing in beautiful Xmas lights and strong electronic vibes!
