Bigger is better, at least when it comes to your living space. Unfortunately, unless you're rocking a full-blown house in Montreal, your apartment or condo is probably pretty small. Living in a large place requires that you live large, because only those making bank can reside in a condo that is swank.

While most of Montreal's city real estate is on the small side, BuzzBuzzHome decided to find out which were the largest of all Montreal condos. We're equating size with swankiness here, which we think is fair, 'cuz its not like an over 6, 000 square foot condo in the Ritz Carlton is going to be run down like your place.

Read on and see the Montreal condos you with you could live in.

Youville – 1701, Le Victoire

630 Saint Jacques

Price:$3,974,900

Size: 4440 Sq Ft

Swanky Features: 1,371-square foot terrasse, second-floor gym space

The two swankiest features of this condo make it my favourite on the list. A simply gigantic terrasse, which is larger than most Montreal apartments, would be the greatest in the summer for tanning and drinking in the sun. Then there's the open second floor space which can by gym-ified, so as to work on my summer body the rest of the year.

Dr. Penfield Penhouse, L’Avenue Condos

Avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal

Price:$4,535,900

Size:5301 Sq Ft

Swanky Features: Three bedrooms, master bedroom private balcony, dining hall

Living the penthouse life on Dr. Penfield gets you your own private balcony, so you can look out over Montreal and feel like a baller, along with a dining hall for when you throw all of your swanky dinner parties. Okay, maybe that won't be you, but hopefully you get invited to said parties by whoever actually owns the place.

Residence PH-50, The Residences at the Ritz-Carleton

1228 Sherbrooke West

Price: N/A

Size: 4,938 Sq Ft

Swanky Features: Two terrasses, three bedrooms, two floors

$2,200,000 To $9,650,000

Like you're surprised in the slightest to see one of Montreal's classiest hotels, the Ritz Carlton, on this list, who do have permanent residences available. We couldn't get a specific price on this RC penthouse, though condos at the Ritz can go up to $15, 000, 000. Expect this (and others on this list) to be about the same.

1228 Rue Sherbrooke West

Price:N/A

Size: 6,776 Sq Ft

Swanky Features:762-square foot terrasse, butler’s pantry, wine cellar

The Ritz-Carlton makes its return to the list with the hotel's even larger penthouse, which comes equipped with a pretty sizeable terrasse, a butler's pantry, and a wine cellar. Nothing says you've made it like a legit butler's pantry, whether you have a butler or not. Although I don't think anyone other than Batman has a butler these days.

Residence PH-20, The Residences at the Ritz Carlton Montreal

1228 Sherbrooke West

Price: N/A

Size: 6,979 Sq Ft

Swanky Features: two terrasses (one being a wrap-around), butler's pantry, wine cellar

Much like PH-10 penthouse, the only difference is a bigger space, and two terrasses instead of one giant one. Still, one terrasse is accessible from three different rooms, which is amazing for added party space and would definitely save walking time in the giant condo. Oh, the perks of being swanky.
