New White House Leaks Prove That Trump's Own Staff Thinks That He's A National Security Threat

Despite his oft repeated promise that "only the best people work for me," Trump continues to contend with an unprecendentedly leaky White House.

Just how many times has a disaffected White House staffer run to the press corps to report on the president's latest offensive remarks?

Those leaks could threaten the integrity of the White House and compromise confidentiality, but right now, they are the only force holding the president accountable to his words and actions.

This week, the trend continues. According to Global New, an explosive new book is offering the most comprehensive insight yet into Trump's Oval Office behaviour.

Bob Woodward's Fear: Trump in the White House presents for the first time just what it's like to work under the most powerful (and dangerous) man in the world.

The book confirms that Trump's staffers actually view him as a threat to national security. White House employees conceal documents that they don't want the president to review or sign.

White House staffers also need to become accustomed to regular verbal abuse. Mocking, insults, and offensive slurs are apparently common in the Oval Office.

....The Democrats, none of whom voted for Jeff Sessions, must love him now. Same thing with Lyin’ James Comey. The Dems all hated him, wanted him out, thought he was disgusting - UNTIL I FIRED HIM! Immediately he became a wonderful man, a saint like figure in fact. Really sick!

Trump also actually views himself as a literary genius. He understands his Twitter statements as works of art. Social media is the president's craft.

This disclosure is also concerning for what is shows about his work ethic and time commitments. If Trump devotes so much effort and time to Twitter that it has become an artistic calling, he has completely neglected day-to-day governance.

That means that regular duties have fallen to executive branch underlings. Such a dispersal of power makes the United States vulnerable.

So in case you hadn't already suspected that Trump was a sociopath, these new set of leaks provide the clearest evidence yet.

While we should refrain from diagnosing the president, his public and private actions prove that he is unable to command the office he occupies.
