A team of scientists in London claim to have figured out the identity of Banksy, the famously mysterious street artist.

Back in 2008 a report came out that claimed Banksy was a man named Robin Gunnigham, but there was never any real proof so Banksy's identity remained a secret.

But it turns out they were right all along.

The researchers used a new police technique called Geographic profiling which is used to catch serial criminals. They identified a pattern between Banksy's work and addresses associated with Gunnigham then they narrowed their search down and did some further investigation.

Banksy even had his lawyers contact the university to delay the geo-profiling process.
