Across our great Canadian landscape, you will find a total of 40 national parks. That's a whole lot of nature.

From the dry grasslands of Alberta to the tundra of Northern Quebec, Canada boasts a very wide range of outdoor and nature experiences in our beautiful country. We really have it all.

Some of the most beautiful natural site and attractions are located in these National Parks, I recently wrote a list of the "must-see" National Park in every province.

If that list and photos enticed you, then you will be happy to know that Parks Canada is offering an awesome deal to nature-goers around the country.

They are offering a "Discovery Pass" which is valid for a year and grants you access to all the 80 "park Canada places" around the country.

Each park has an entry fee, so if you're planning on visiting frequently over the course of a year this pass offers HUGE savings and can pay for itself in a little as 7-days.

So how much is this magical pass? Very reasonable actually. The fee for a family or group (up to 7 in a vehicle) is only $136.40.  And for one adult 18+ the fee is $67.70.

Another great piece of news is that as of January 2018 admission to Canada's national parks is free for youths, so anyone 17 and under!
