Police Broke Up A Party Near Montreal & The Partiers Left All Their Trash Behind (PHOTOS)
Close to Vaudreuil-Dorion, you can find a boat lock that is a popular place to meet with friends and go for a walk on the waterfront. On Tuesday, May 26, during the day, there was a party near Montreal that took place in the village of Pointe-des-Cascades, from which the partiers fled as soon as the police approached. And they left everything behind as they ran.
It goes without saying this is the time of year when the beautiful weather returns and many people start searching for the best places to enjoy these hot summer days.
People often gather in places farther away from the eyes to meet up with friends and celebrate in nature. On the other hand, these different sites are not spared by the presence of humans.
This is what happened in Pointe-des-Cascades, where some people held a party in a place where it is usually forbidden to go.
Those responsible reportedly damaged the fences to get there.
When they saw the police on the spot and in the process of interrupting the festivities, those present immediately fled the site, leaving the spot full of garbage.
In the photos shared by someone from the town, there is a lot of garbage, coolers, chairs, and even plastic bags.
Although the event was dispersed by the authorities, a citizen from Pointe-des-Cascades told Narcity Québec that, in her opinion, it is a situation that is increasingly frequent.
Trespassing on this terrain also leads to other incidents; one body has been found in the lock not too long ago.
Considered a dangerous site, swimming has been banned for several years, but some people still try to access the site.
In order to prevent this type of situation from happening again, several controlled and safe areas are available to venture to enjoy the summer season.
