Quebec artisan craftspeople are among the best in the country and are renowned for their dedication to quality products. In just 10 short days, you can discover more than 250 Quebec artisans, gathering in Montreal's Hochelaga neighbourhood for La Grande Fabrique!
Returning for its 4th edition, La Grande Fabrique is the largest outdoor gathering of local Quebec crafters. Once again assembling along rue Sainte-Catherine between Bourbonnière and Aird, the best Quebec artisans will have awesome products and incredible deals.
La Grande Fabrique is an all-ages event that's free to attend! Their mandate is to "showcase local purchase and creativity of local artisans while encouraging an eco-responsible lifestyle."
Featuring neighbourhood and Quebec merchants, the market is a can't-miss event for those of you who believe in supporting quality products grown in your backyard.
From local food products, crafts, clothing, and more, La Grande Fabrique is your one-stop-shop for anything you can imagine! It's an awesome opportunity to discover new brands and flavours that you've never seen before.
Sponsored by Etsy Montreal, you can discover some incredible local shops such as Atelier Cri, specializing in decorative fabric creations. Sample gastronomic delights at Les Affamés, a gourmet bistro in Hochelaga. And even find the perfect piece of jewelry at Petite Plume Jewelries.
Along with hundreds of local artisan vendors, the market will also have a range of other activities so that you can have the best day ever.
On both days of La Grande Fabrique, you can play mini-golf, attend a free DIY workshop, drink at the outdoor bar, and even experience the "freshness zone." For kids, there will be a free temporary tattoo station and a "mini-bar" that'll mix playful non-alcoholic drinks.
La Grande Fabrique will take over the Hochelaga neighbourhood in just 10 short days! Mark your calendars, it's all happening on the weekend of August 10th!
