Below, we've compiled all of the restaurant violations for which the city delivered judgments in the month of April, the most recent month with available data. All information comes directly from the municipal website.

Note, however, that health infractions vary greatly in their severity. Violations on this list involve everything from the presence of contaminants to inadequately covered hair or beards.
