Travel & Leisure just released a guide to exploring Canada's coolest neighborhoods. They've compiled expert guides to the best neighborhoods in the three biggest cities in Canada.
And wouldn't you know it, the very first neighborhood on the list is none other than Montreal's Mile End.
They say that the Mile End is one of the coolest in all of Canada due in part to it's "Francophone appeal and killer bagels".
As much as I want to agree with that description, I'm just getting a little bored with the fact that no travel guide can talk about Montreal without mentioning bagels.
But since they did say the Mile End is the coolest and they didn't mention poutine, so I guess we can let it slide.
