As of last night at around 11:00 pm, Montreal officially broke the snowfall record. 
By that time, we already had 31.6 cm on the ground and by the end of the day, it was closer to 34!

But that's not all. We absolutely shattered the biggest single day snowfall record of the last 15 years, and we also beat the record for most amount of snow on the ground. 

Maybe next year this city could work on breaking some other records instead, records that don't involve snow. Something simple like, making the world's biggest hot-dog or something.
