Okay, yes, the heat, the sun, the good vibes and the fun festivals are pretty neat, too. But food trucks are awesome, and the fact that they come out in droves during the summer in Montreal is just the cherry on top.

And if you've been missing your fix of food truck festivals, then I've got some great news for you.

Montreal's Olympic Stadium is opening up their Village Mammouth on Friday, December 9, which is basically a huge winter wonderland (complete with skating rink!) at the Olympic Stadium's Esplanade Financière Sun Life (4139 Pierre-de Coubertin Ave).

To celebrate, they're throwing an awesome outdoor party on the grand opening date at 5:00 PM.

The event will have DJs Mike Robia and Sandy Duperval, and lots of super cool food trucks!

No word yet on which ones will be there specifically, but make sure you check out their website for more information.
