Montreal appears to be feeling nostalgic because the public demand for video-game related events has never been higher. Luckily we live in a city that loves to give the people what they want, which means the gaming event calendar just keeps on growing. Last night there was a BYOB classic arcade and console night and later this summer there will be a Mario Kart tournament on Imax screens, a “Pokémon” orchestra concert and a Super Smash Bros. tournament.
If that wasn't enough, we just got word that there is also going to be Zelda concert on May 30th at Place des Arts called The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses - Master Quest. Tickets aren't yet available on the Place des Arts website but they are available by calling the box office directly.
This is the first concert in Montreal to celebrate the iconic game franchise that has been successfully running interrupted for 28 years. So prepare yourself for an epic visual concert experience featuring all your favorite music and videos from The Legend of Zelda including the most recent installment: A Link Between Worlds."
