Okay, straight up, fried chicken is life. There's nothing quite like biting into a super crispy, tasty, juicy chunk of fried chicken - and although there's no such thing as bad fried chicken, when fried chicken is done right, it's life-changing.
And who better to create life-changing fried chicken than Montreal's own Kimberly Lallouz? Ms. Lallouz is the mastermind behind Montreal's Miss Prêt à Manger and Monsieur Restaurant+Bar, and very soon, she will be introducing a third restaurant to Montreal's dining scene.
Le Bird Bar (1800 Rue Notre-Dame O) is a brand new Montreal restaurant, set to open up in the spring of 2016. The Griffintown restaurant will specialize in fried chicken, and according to a post on their Facebook page, they'll be offering vegetarian-friendly fried "chicken", as well.
If this spot sounds like your new fave - and you know it does - don't forget to check out Bird Bar's Facebook page for more information.
