The STM has anounced that Rogers, Bell, Telus and Videotron will be splitting the costs of 50 million dollars to install a mobile network that will work in Montreal's metro stations, trains and tunnels.

The conception of the project is currently in motion and construction will begin from now until the end of the year on the green line. Saint-Laurent and Place-des-Arts stations will be the first to get the increased coverage. 3G, 4G and LTE will be available in all stations when everything is finished.
