If you know me at all, then you know spring is my absolute favourite time of the year. (Other than fall and Christmas, but anyway).

Legit, spring has all the things I love most in the world: sunshine, flowers, fresh air, Easter, and all the maple syrup you could possibly attempt to stuff into your face.
Yes, friends, that's right. Spring is cabane a sucre season here in Quebec, and along with maple syrup (and maple taffy), that means feasting on traditional Quebec dishes, like bacon, beans, and sugar pie.
In order to get your hands on some seriously authentic food, you need to get out of the city and check out spots to the North or the South. Until now, that is.
They've got bacon, fresh bread, eggs, potatoes, sugar pie - basically everything you could want, all-you-can-eat style, for the price of $30. They've even got additional items, like maple caviar and "super bacon" (yass), for additional costs.
The popup restaurant closes up shop on April 30, but until then, it's on starting March 18m, Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
