I don't know what it is about the bao bun, but these morsels of delight are pure, unfiltered love. They basically combine the world's best food - bread, not going to lie to you guys - with a bunch of tasty fillings, steamed together for a bun experience that you just legit cannot forget.

HÀO (225 Rachel E) is a new Montreal restaurant located in the Plateau, specializing in bao buns.
They've got two main bao bun options on their menu: pork, with soya sauce braised pulled pork, onion, sesame oil and garlic, and vegetarian, with tofu, peppers, and mushrooms sauteed in hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and spicy oil.
Of course, these fillings are surrounded by soft and fluffy steamed buns. Sounds awesome? You know it does.
