Montreal’s Old Port Lobster Shack Will Be Serving Up Street Food All Summer Long
For the true seafood lover.
Get ready lobster lovers because MUVBOX is coming back in May (May 13th, depending on the weather). For those who don't know MUVBOX is a pop-up lobster shack that is opening up again this year in the Old Port on De La Commune as part of a mission to create a unique concept of mobile restaurants and pop-up spaces made of recycled shipping containers.
Using only products from Quebec and lobster from Îles-de-la-Madeleine, the restaurant strives to offer a unique and memorable dining experience to its customers. MUVBOX offers a variety of lobster specialties including lobster rolls, and even a lobster pizza. There's the classic clam chowder no seafood restaurant can go without, as well as a number of meat options such as duck and porchetta sandwiches.
If you think about it, there's no better way to enjoy a summer day than by eating a fresh lobster roll outside in the sun. So be sure to make this a regular pit stop all summer long. The restaurant will remain open from May until September.
