Canada is finally starting to get on par with our neighbor to the south in terms of internet and streaming services, 'cuz our fair nation just got a huge boon in the world of online music streaming: Spotify is coming to Canada.
For those who don't know, Spotify is a music streaming service that gets tunes directly from major record labels and sends them straight to your ears, with a few ads in the mix between songs. It's all legal and free, with an ad-less option for those willing to pay $10.
A firm launch date has yet to be given by Spotify, and when Canadians will be able to enjoy the renowned music service. Spotify.ca is set up, but the site just has a "coming soon" on the front page. You can head there now and register, which reserves you a spot to get Spotify-ing early.
Head over to Spotify.ca and get your invitation code here.
