If your hand is in the air right now, then I've got some awesome news for you, foie gras fans.

Montreal will be hosting a huge food festival based around duck and - you guessed it - foie gras.

Duckfest is taking place in the city on February 16 - 26.

As an added extra, a cocktail, beer, or glass of wine will be included with the dish as well.

Participating Montreal restaurants include:

La Brasserie Saint-Denis (4350 Rue Saint-Denis)

Caribou Gourmand (5308 Boul St-Laurent)

Chez Ma Grosse Truie Cherie (1801 Rue Ontario E)
