The "Mountainous View" Near Montreal You Need To See This Summer

Not your average summit.

It's always fun to see beautiful mountainous views after a long hike, however it's even better to experience spectacular views without doing ANY work. No, this isn't a ski lift nor is it a helicopter tour. It's actually called a mountain aerial tram and it offers the most superb views of several mountains.

Located in New Hampshire, just 3 hours away from Montreal, you can try this epic adventure! The tram rides all the way up Cannon Mountain in Franconia Notch State Park. Each tram can hold up to 80 people and ascends 2,180 feet to near the 4,080 foot summit of the mountain.

It's a slow 8 minute ride that allows each visitor to see mountainous views like never before especially during the summer! Once reaching the top, you can walk around the summit point or enjoy a beer at the bar/cafe located a short distance from the ending point of the tram.
