This morning if you were unlucky enough to be on highway 40, you no doubt were delayed by some traffic. By which I mean more than the usual amount of traffic you're used to.
That's because there was a huge amount of congestion caused by a truck that caught on fire on highway 40 in Montreal.
The access ramp to highway 40 and the 25 north had to be completely blocked off when the fire started shortly after 7:00 am. The fire was put out quickly but by then it had caused a 6 kilometer traffic jam.
