A special weather statement has been issued for Quebec, so if you're thinking about traveling in the next few days, you may want to reconsider you plans.
There is a big storm headed towards Quebec. The snow is expected to start falling on Wednesday in the evening, and it's going to keep intensifying on Thursday.
The heaviest periods of snow are expected Thursday morning and when it's all said and done, the province will be hit with at least 20-30cm of snow.
Some area like Rivière-du-Loup and Sherbrooke could see up to 30cm!
Luckily for us living in Montreal we may avoid the worst of it. We're only expecting about 10cm of snow here, so staying put might not be such a bad idea.
