The holidays are long gone and now It's that time of the year when the question on everyone's mind seems to be: "Now what?".

There's nothing good to look forward to except for summer which seems like it's an eternity away. So if you've been feeling crappy lately, you're not the only one.

The 3rd Monday of January (Monday, Jan. 16) is the most depressing day of the year, which is why it has been dubbed: Blue Monday

So what's so depressing about this day?

Vitamin D levels are at an all time low

 Many people are still broke from the holidays,

We're about half-way between Valentine's Day and the day you're most likely to be dumped (December 11th).

The best way to survive Blue Monday is to stay distracted, and to not think about it too much.
