Montreal's weather is famous for being totally fucked up and completely unpredictable. Not having snow yet this time of year isn't that crazy considering it's happened many times in the past.
The crazy part is that it's not even cold outside. No snow is one thing, but double digit temperatures in mid-December is just weird. I never thought I'd say this, but I actually miss the snow. Mostly because I never noticed how ugly this city is in the winter time when there isn't a big, clean, white blanket covering everything up.
Turns out there's no end in sight for this wacky weather, things might even be getting a little warmer.

For those of you wondering if there will be snow on Christmas, we can say with complete confidence that there is no chance of that happening. On Christmas Eve, temperatures will reach a high of 11ºC! And Christmas day will be 7ºC and sunny.
Even if the tiny snowfalls we get actually manage to freeze and cover the ground, the snow won't last very long and it will be quickly melted away by the double digit temperatures. I guess it won't be a white Christmas after all.
