Dressing up for Halloween is getting tricky these days.
You gotta find the perfect costume. One that is comfortable, one that won't fall apart by the end of the night, one that has just the perfect balance between sexy and slutty, and most importantly one that isn't offensive.
Well if you were out this weekend, you probably noticed how Montreal is filled with these people. Everywhere you looked there were some unbelievably original costumes, intricate makeup jobs and all around insane outfits.
Halloween is our great western tradition, a day filled with dressing up and trick-or-treating. But for some kids with allergies, Halloween can feel like a drag. All children should have the opportunity to experience the fun tradition of trick-or-treating, and that is why the Teal Pumpkin Project was born. Originally a project created in the US by Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE), Food Allergy Canada has taken up this project to ensure a safe Halloween for all Canadian children this year.
It's super easy and cheap to get non-food treats for kids this Halloween. Dollarama has a bunch of fun little gadgets and games that you can purchase and distribute to children with allergies. You can get stickers, playing cards, super balls, colouring books, yoyo's etc.

Allergen-free treats have to be nut, gluten, dairy and egg free. If it can't be all in one, try to get nut-free treats, gluten-free treats or dairy/egg free treats separately, they're usually easier to find.
Montreal girls suffer from a severe addiction… taking classic fall Instagram pictures. I can say that I am guilty of taking half of these pictures during the fall. Montreal girls have invaded Instagram but in the fall it's like an overload! Something about the crisp fall air just makes Montreal girls go crazy for classic fall pictures
Let's be honest, who hasn't taken a picture of the beautiful fall colors at Mount Royal or the cute apples and pumpkins from Quinn Farm. It's super fun to take these superb Instagrams and with Halloween around the corner, you can expect it to be filled with costumes and well Montreal!
