Montreal is a city that I am ever so proud to live in, during both the good times and the bad. In the midst of everyone going through difficult times right now, it's nice to know that certainare taking this as an opportunity to lend out a helping hand. As we all know, heroes don't always wear capes. Sometimes, they are simply people who do what they can to help their communities during times of trouble.
Everyone has the capability of helping out, but the Montreal locals on this list have chosen to take action into their own hands.
From free at-home workout classes and online workshops to free PR advice to medical insight and food deliveries, some of our city's locals are going above and beyond to aid our city throughout these tough times.
The current situation has many of us feeling nervous. Although it's a scary time, we all need to stick together — while also practicing social distancing.
Spreading positivity is necessary during a time like this and it's heartwarming to see locals taking kindness to new levels. Now, more than ever, I am proud to be from Montreal.
If you know anyone doing something for our community, let us know!
