Phillipe Couillard received some attention on Twitter today. Not for anything he did or tweeted, but for having his face used to censor an actors dick. Thomas Lennon was tweeting about the difficulties of taking nude selfies when your hotel mirror has a TV embedded inside.

Thomas had no idea the man in question was Phillipe Couillard, the Premier of Quebec and referred to him as: "this man who now bears the face of my junk."

But we think he would have found it even funnier if he knew what the word couille in french means 'balls'. So in a way, Phillipe Couillard's face is literally a 'cock block'.
