Things are going to get corny just outside of Montreal thanks to the Farmers Market of Longueuil's Corn on the Cob Festival. Time to bust out your corn holders.

A free event, the corn-fest will be held on Saturday, September 6th. Local farmers will have their fresh corn out from 11am to 2pm, freshly shucked and ready for you to mow down on.

Open 7 days a week, Longueuil's Farmers Market is devoted to providing locally grown foods at fair prices. Only twenty minutes away from Montreal (map) the Corn on the Cob Festival is the perfect reason to head out of Montreal to mack on some fresh produce, or just corn.
