Sephora Has Launched An Online Spring 'Savings Event' With Special Discounts For Members

After a long, torturous wait, it's finally here. The Sephora spring savings event has started at a time when we need it most. As usual, there are several types of discounts for different levels of customer loyalty.

In all cases, shoppers need only use the promotional code "SPRINGSAVE" when making their purchases to take advantage of these offers.

The sale has already started for "Rouge" members, who can claim a 20% discount between April 17 and May 1. These shoppers have the most extensive shopping privileges and access to discounts on almost everything before the others.

Otherwise, you have to be a "Beauty Insider" (i.e. Sephora member) to take advantage of online discounts.

Fortunately, it's completely free to register. In addition to allowing you to participate in these promotions, the membership encourages you to accumulate points to get free products, including a little birthday gift.

Depending on the number of purchases you make, you can move up the membership ladder.

"Beauty Insider" is the base, but if you spend more than $350 a year, you become a "VIB" member. Those who spend more than $1,000 a year have the privilege of becoming "Rouge" members.

For "VIB" members, the sale takes place from April 21 to 29. These people are entitled to a 15% discount.

Finally, for "basic" members, the "Beauty Insiders," the sale takes place from April 23 to 27 with a 10% discount.

It is important to note that the offer is not valid on The Ordinary, MAC Cosmetics VIVA GLAM products, in-store services, previous purchases, gift wrapping, packaging, taxes or shipping and handling charges.

However, it is possible to take advantage of free shipping with the code "FREESHIP" until May 1.

Note also that all Sephora stores in the U.S. and Canada are closed.

Sephora is the darling of countless makeup enthusiasts, but it's perhaps less kind to their credit cards.

Every visit to the store — or, these days, online store — is at once inspirational and devastating.

The possibilities are endless with its ever-changing array of colours and textures, but they're often just out of reach.

Now's your chance to stock up for less.
