Video Showing Dinosaurs Taking Over Montreal's Berri-UQAM STM Metro Station

Dino-MITE!

The Montreal metro system is packed with interesting characters. As compact areas where thousands of people from all walks of life converge each day, STM stations and trains are stages for bizarre, even hilarious encounters.

Tensions and anxieties are heightened on the metro as crowds of miserable people push past each other in hopes of making it onto the next train. So moments of levity are often welcome distractions during otherwise torturous cummutes.

The latest hilarious moment is likely to bring a smile to even the most somber faces. A video submitted to MTLBlog by Instagram user @minnie_rios shows dinosaurs infesting Berri-UQAM metro station.

TL;DR Dinosaurs were spotted at Berri-UQAM station and in Montreal's Plateau-Mont-Royal. Videos are below.

The four dinosaurs are clearly having a very important dino-business meeting:

Waving their tiny arms and oversized heads, the dinosaurs are either fighting over territory or having a dance party.

We just hope that these dinos were able to keep safe. They are dangerously close to the platform edge. Maybe there will be a new "conseil de Michèle" to advise against such dino activity: "laisser tomber votre dinosaure, ça arrive..."

The dinosaurs were later spotted walking in an orderly, single-file line in Montreal's Plateau-Mont-Royal neighbourhood. They clearly had a busy day:

Who knows what antics they could be up to next!

For some unexplained reason this also happened last year at the same metro station. Does the metro have a dinosaur infestation? Is this an annual gathering?

Is this some kind of bizarre new tradition?

Let us know if you spot the dinos around the city! They're still on the loose!

Stay tuned!
