Sushi Palace Is A Solid Sushi Experience
In Montreal, all you can eat sushi restaurants are quite popular among the locals. Some (if not most) don't always live up the standards of fresh and delicious ingredients, thus leaving us sushi lovers full, yet not fully satisfied. Fortunately, this isn't the case with Sushi Palace. We took a trip to Sushi Palace on Nuns Island and were completely blown away by their impeccable service and even better food.
When eating out you expect the service to be top notch. After all, it is their job to make you enjoy your dining experience to the best of their ability. The people over at Sushi Palace are nothing but spectacular at what they do. We never had to ask for a refill, our food came at a decent pace, and we were consistently asked if we needed anything. Other places should take note because they're killing it!
Service is one thing, but if you don't have the food to back up your people, it doesn't stand for much. Aside from the variety of tasty sushi that Sushi Palace offers, they have a huge menu of kitchen items, including tasty creations like Peanut Butter Dumplings, Beef Titaki, Soft Shell Crab and Deep Fried Tofu, just to name a few. We tried a wide variety of dishes and we have zero complaints! Our absolute favorite is the Sesame Shrimp. They came out hot from the kitchen and the sauce was just bang on!
One thing that we really enjoyed was that their portions are small and made for tasting, not for destroying your appetite with one main dish. Most all-you-can-eat sushi places tend to send out too much food, which you never end up eating and then have to pay for the leftovers. Sushi Palace keeps it small in size, but still big on flavour.
