Montreal's Final Food Truck Block Party Of 2014 Serves Up This Saturday In The Mile-Ex

October is nearly here, and the end of September will also mark the end of Montreal's second season of food trucks. The last official day to get street eats will be on October 5th, so make sure to enjoy the convenient deliciusness of Montreal's mobile food vendors while you can, and what better way than at a food truck mini block party?
On Saturday, September 27th, Les Survenants au Mile-Ex will be throwing their final event of the season at Alexandraplatz Bar. Vendors selling various wares, beer options, DJs (Noah Bick of Passovah, Pas Cha and DJ Miracle Fortress), and of course, food trucks, will be on-site, making the block party a full day-to-evening party affair.
This will also be the very last summer party to be held at Alexandraplatz, so if you've yet to experience their amazing patio, well, this is your last chance.Â
Three food trucks will be setting up at the final Les Survenants au Mile-Ex party. L'Assommoir Resto-Bar mobile and Boîte à Fromages will take care of all things savory, while Dispatch Coffee will keep you caffeinated and offer some sweeter food stuffs for dessert.
Saturday is looking to be one of the last truly sunny and warm days we'll see for a while, so use the time wisely at Les Survenants au Mile-Ex mini block party, which will be a full day (1pm-11pm) of food, tunes, and fun. Find out more at the Facebook event page here.
