One of the officers was searching through the bag like he was looking for a bomb or something, so I was curious as to what was going on.

This morning around 11:30 a.m., my colleague and I decided to go for a coffee break. Just as we were about to cross the street (corner of McGill College and Sherbrooke) we witnessed a man, approximately 50 years old, paralyzed from the waist down, in a wheel chair, begin to cross the street.
As he neared the middle of the road, the light changed, forcing him to either continue crossing or go back.
Officer L’Heureux confronted him for being in the intersection and began (aggressively) pushing him. The man asked him to stop, but L’Heureux kept pushing him. The man swore at L’Heureux and again asked him to stop pushing him.
L’Heureux’s colleague stepped in and pushed the man’s chair onto the sidewalk. Once on the sidewalk, L’Heureux said to the man in the wheelchair: “You think you can do whatever you want just because you’re in a chair? Yeah? I’m going to give you a fucking ticket. You asked for it.”
