A terrible attack took place in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu on Monday.Â
A woman was attacked by her own dogs and had to be taken to the hospital. When the police found her, she had wounds on her head, arms and her face.Â

The police shot and killed one of the two dogs who was a pit bull. The other dog was a terrier was taken to a shelter for abandoned animalsÂ

This was the first incident these dogs were invoked in and since the woman was the owner of the dogs, no criminal charges will be filed.
