For the 10th year in a row, the Fuller Landau Cedars CanSupport "Rain or Shine" Dragon Boat Race and Festival will be taking place. On September 19th, from 7am to 3pm, head on over to the waterfront at promenade Pere-Marquette for what it sure to be an amazing day of boat-race watching and festivities.

Teams of 20 paddlers have signed up throughout the year to participate, with each team raising a minimum of $12,500. They will soon battle it out to see who really are the best dragon boat racers of them all. Awards will be given out for things like Best Team Name and Best Team Spirit, and of course there will be some great fundraising prizes.

A dragon-shaped whole has been left in our hearts when the Montreal Dragon Boat Festival stopped happening, but thankfully the Montreal Dragon Boat Challenge is here to fill that void. Being held for the second time, Montreal's Dragon Boat Challenge aims to be the largest dragon boat gathering and competition the city has ever seen.
