People with a gluten intolerance are growing at an incredible rate, however there are so many of us living with the discomforts on a daily occurrence and are not even aware.

In order to understand what you should avoid you need to understand what gluten truly is. It is the proteins found in cereal grain’s endosperm, a type of tissue produced in seeds that are then ground to make flour. Also you don't need to panic if you are potentially gluten intolerant, as the market is now absolutely packed with some tasty alternatives.

According to research humans have been poking holes in themselves for the past  4,000 years. Traditionally the ring earrings were offered as gifts from a husband to his wife upon marriage, representing financial security for her even if they were eventually divorced.

With this in mind and even though we no longer pierce ourselves to represent our financial security, it is still very much part of our society. And even more recently, would you believe, people are piercing in a very specific place to relieve headaches. Even Kylie Jenner has one.

Headaches are the worst – and simply put, happen to everyone. Headaches often indicate poor sleep, dehydration, hunger, or even in more severe cases can be an indication for illnesses and/or disease. As many of us become more self-conscious about our health and how we can prevent getting sick, we should start incorporating these foods to become proactive. These foods are helpful in preventing (and curing) headaches and should be highly considered by those who consistently have them. In reality, who wants to be taking pain killers for the rest of their lives?
