I think a lot of people can relate to this problem... We just can't stop eating! As soon as we're done munching on something, we're already thinking about our next meal.

Well, the good news is - our winter has been quite mild so far. As a consequence, we end up eating way less than we could have because people tend to eat more as temperatures get colder.
