Weeks after Lorde dropped a surprise track, "Solar Power," in tandem with the only visible solar eclipse of 2021, the singer has announced that she will be performing in Montreal as part of the 2022 Solar Power world tour.

The North American leg of the tour is the first for Lorde in more than three years, kicking off in April 2022.

As a general rule, we Montrealers are pretty spoiled when it comes to good shows and festivals. At any given time of the year, there is great music to be enjoyed throughout the city. But don’t you always wish that ONE band you love oh-so-much would just book a show here already?
