Not just a zoo animal or a cartoon bad guy, coyotes are among our natural neighbours and share the Island of Montreal with us — and our small, tasty-looking pets. Most active in spring, these dog-sized animals have been spotted this year in the northern section of Montreal.

Sightings in the Rivière-des-Prairies–Pointe-aux-Trembles borough have led officials to close one local park indefinitely.

Looks like Montreal is getting pretty damn good at eating cars whole. This one Montrealer last night was lucky as hell to escape the incident without any serious injury.  A broken water piped located on Gouin Blvd in Riviere-des-Prairies made it so that the car got swallowed by the street beneath. What the fuck Montreal. Failling bridges, giant road holes, whats next Tornados at Pierre Elliot Trudeau airport???

Updated: Here are some exclusive extra pictures obtained from the actual car owner.
